1. Who is responsible

Yehor Yeriomin, the developer and operator of Vizix, controls the Challenge data described here. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to [email protected].

2. When this notice applies

This notice applies only when you open the native Creator Challenge flow, accept the Official Rules and this notice, and connect TikTok. The general Vizix Privacy Policy continues to cover ordinary app use.

3. Information we use

We do not ask for your TikTok password, access private videos or messages, download the content of your TikTok videos, or collect an email address from ordinary entrants.

4. Why we use it

We use Challenge data to connect the correct TikTok account, display public videos for selection, save entries, check eligibility, monitor public views, select and verify winners, deliver prizes, prevent abuse, resolve questions, and keep a fair audit record.

Depending on where you live, this processing is based on your consent, the Rules you accept, our legitimate interest in running a secure and fair Challenge, and legal obligations. You may choose not to connect TikTok or enter.

5. Who receives it

Challenge data may be processed by TikTok for login and public-video access; infrastructure and security providers that host Vizix systems; Apple or Google for app-store code redemption; and professional advisers or authorities when legally required.

We do not sell or rent Challenge data, use it for third-party behavioral advertising, or disclose TikTok tokens to other entrants or advertisers. Some providers may process information outside your country under the safeguards required by applicable law.

6. Security

TikTok credentials are encrypted at rest. Vizix session tokens are stored as one-way hashes on the server and in protected device storage. Access is restricted to Challenge administration, and the service uses authentication, rate limits, input validation, and audit records. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. How long we keep it

8. Disconnecting and deleting data

You can disconnect TikTok from the Challenge screen. This deletes stored TikTok credentials and the local Vizix session and stops future view-count access. Existing entry and audit records remain until the retention period ends. Because disconnected or deleted posts may no longer be verifiable, disconnecting can make an entry ineligible.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. Deleting information needed to validate an active entry withdraws that entry. A minimal record may be retained when required for security, disputes, or law.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your information, withdraw consent, and complain to a privacy authority. We may need to verify that a request comes from the connected TikTok account holder. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already completed lawfully.

10. Winner selection and human review

The system calculates public-view rankings and produces a reproducible random draw from eligible creators. These results are provisional. A person reviews eligibility and winner claims before a prize is confirmed. You may contact us to question a result or request human review.

11. Contact and updates

Privacy requests: [email protected]. Important changes made while the Challenge is running will be communicated in Vizix or on this page where required.
