1. Organizer and dates

The Vizix Creator Challenge (the “Challenge”) is organized by Yehor Yeriomin, the developer and operator of Vizix (the “Organizer”). Questions may be sent to vizix.app@gmail.com.

The Challenge begins at 00:00:00 UTC on August 11, 2026 and ends at 23:59:59 UTC on September 12, 2026. The Organizer’s server clock is the official time.

2. Who can enter

You may enter if you:

The Organizer, anyone directly involved in running the Challenge, and members of their immediate households may not enter. The Challenge is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to enter

No purchase is necessary. During the Challenge:

  1. Create and export a video using Vizix with the Vizix watermark visible.
  2. Publish it as a public TikTok post during the Challenge dates.
  3. Include #VizixCreatorChallenge and #ad, and enable TikTok’s applicable commercial-content disclosure.
  4. Open the Creator Challenge in Vizix, accept these Rules and the Competition Privacy Notice, connect TikTok, and select the post.

Your entry is complete when the selected video is saved successfully in Vizix. You may submit up to 10 videos and change your selection until entries close. Each person may use only one TikTok identity and may win only one prize.

4. Eligible videos

Each submitted video must:

TikTok may require disclosures in addition to the hashtag. You are responsible for applying its disclosure controls correctly.

5. How winners are selected

10 top-view winners

The 10 eligible creators with the highest verified public TikTok view counts will be provisional winners. Only each creator’s highest-view eligible entry counts toward this ranking. Final counts will normally be recorded within 72 hours after entries close and may be checked again during verification.

20 random winners

After the top 10 are removed, 20 additional provisional winners will be selected from the remaining eligible creators using a reproducible computer randomizer. Each creator receives one place in the random pool, regardless of how many videos they submitted. The Organizer will retain an audit record of the draw.

If creators are tied at the final top-view position, the tie will be resolved with the same reproducible random process. Random-draw odds depend on the number of eligible creators remaining.

6. Prizes and claiming

Each of the 30 verified winners receives the watermark-free versions of every Vizix effect pack first released between January 1 and December 31, 2026, for one supported mobile platform selected by the winner.

The prize includes at least Cosmos & Geometry, Elements & Atmosphere, and Endless Summer. These three guaranteed packs have a combined approximate retail value of US$12.47 per winner, or US$374.10 across all 30 prizes, based on United States storefront prices when these Rules were updated. Any additional qualifying pack actually released during 2026 will also be included and will increase the prize value, but the Organizer does not guarantee any additional release beyond the three named packs.

The Organizer will contact provisional winners manually from @vizixapp on TikTok and through the Vizix Notifications screen, accessible from the main screen. Winners have seven calendar days to respond, confirm eligibility and account control, choose iOS or Android, and provide an email address when needed for prize delivery. Pack codes will be available in the Vizix Notifications screen. The Organizer will never ask for payment, passwords, authentication codes, or financial details.

Prizes have no cash alternative, may not be transferred or resold, and are limited to one mobile platform per winner. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, declines, or fails verification, an alternate may be selected using the same method. Winners are responsible for any taxes or reporting legally required where they live.

7. Fair play

Lawful paid promotion does not automatically disqualify a video. Purchasing packs does not improve random-draw odds. Bots, purchased or automated engagement, fake views, duplicate identities, tampering, false information, harassment, and attempts to interfere with the Challenge are prohibited.

The Organizer may request reasonable proof of age, residence, TikTok account control, original creation, watermark use, disclosure, or authentic views. Entries may be rejected when they do not meet these Rules. TikTok metrics can change or become unavailable; the Organizer’s good-faith verification records will be used to determine results.

8. Your content and privacy

You keep ownership of your videos. Entering gives the Organizer a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to access the public post and its metadata only to run, verify, audit, and announce the Challenge. Separate permission will be requested before a video is reposted in advertising or other marketing.

Winner announcements may include the winner’s public TikTok handle, selected entry, winner category, and public view count. Challenge data is handled as described in the Competition Privacy Notice.

9. Platform disclaimer

Vizix runs this Challenge. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, involved in, or responsible for the Vizix Creator Challenge in any manner. TikTok and Google also do not sponsor, endorse, administer, or associate themselves with it. Each platform’s own terms and policies still apply.

10. General terms

If a technical failure, platform outage, legal requirement, or event outside the Organizer’s reasonable control materially affects fairness or makes the Challenge impossible to run, the Organizer may pause, modify, extend, or cancel it. Any important update will be published clearly in Vizix or on this page. Changes will not unfairly disadvantage valid existing entries.

These Rules are governed by the laws of Ukraine, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply where an entrant lives. If part of these Rules cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply.

Questions, eligibility concerns, and disputes should first be sent to vizix.app@gmail.com. The English version of these Rules controls unless applicable law requires otherwise.
